Dad was always generous towards charities and supported a wide variety including Save the Children, Amnesty, Water Aid, MSF, Syria, African sight charities. He said "there are plenty of good ones". He also supported cleft palate charities as he was moved by a little girl with one when Daniel was in hospital as a young child.
